I recently learned this - Choosing yourself is the most difficult thing to do.

It doesn’t happen in a day, or a week even. It demands effort, questions the foundations of this society, and constantly examines the meaning of life.

When we give in to the chaos of everyday life, we are forced to believe that this is it, this is how life is going to be. This is how it’s supposed to be, and disregard our inner self that often whispers — ‘This is not it’
